Ingredients
3-4lb rump Roast (Sold at Duma Meats)
1 pack of Onion Soup Mix (Sold at Duma Meats)
Water (about 1/2 inch in pan)
Carrots and Potatoes (Sold at Duma Meats)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle a pack of onion soup mix on roast.
Pour water in pan (about 1/2 inch to fill the bottom) and place the roast down in pan.
Add potatoes and carrots as you like.
Cook for about 3 hours.
