All cuts are available the average thickness 3/4 in. Each side of beef includes:

  • T-Bone Steak (6-8 steaks depends on thickness)
  • Porterhouse Steak (6-8 steaks depends on thickness)
  • Sirloin Steak (6-8 steaks depends on thickness)
  • Round Steak (6-8 steaks depends on thickness)
  • Rump Roast (total weight 6-8 lb. cut any size)
  • Sirloin Tip Roast (total weight 6-8 lb. cut any size)
  • Rib Steaks (14-16 steaks depends on thickness)
  • Chuck Roast (10-12 roast depends on size)
  • Beef short ribs (approximately 4-2 lb. packages)
  • Beef Stew (approximately 6 -1 lb. packages)
  • Beef Soup Bones
  • Beef Brisket (Trimmed or Untrimmed)
  • Flank Steak (one steak)
  • Ground Beef (bulk packages or 1/4 lb. patties)
  • Anything you don’t use goes into hamburger.
