Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 Duma’s Corned Beef Brisket
  • 1 Head of Cabbage, Quartered & Sliced
  • 1 Large Onion Sliced Thin
  • Red Potatoes Quartered
  • 4-6 Cups Vegetable Broth
  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Put all of the vegetables in a large pan.
  2. Lay Corned Beef brisket on top.
  3. Add vegetable broth (about 4-6 cups).
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Bake at 350° for 3 hours covered.
