Ingredients
- 1 Duma’s Corned Beef Brisket
- 1 Head of Cabbage, Quartered & Sliced
- 1 Large Onion Sliced Thin
- Red Potatoes Quartered
- 4-6 Cups Vegetable Broth
- Lemon Juice
Directions
- Put all of the vegetables in a large pan.
- Lay Corned Beef brisket on top.
- Add vegetable broth (about 4-6 cups).
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Bake at 350° for 3 hours covered.
