Ingredients
- Baby Back Pork Rib Slabs (Sold at Duma Meats)
- Wildman’s Chef Spice (Sold at Duma Meats)
- Duma’s BBQ Sauce (any flavor) (Sold at Duma Meats)
Directions
- Place the rib bone down on a cookie sheet with at least a 1″ lip and a drain rack.
- Sprinkle Wildmans on to ribs (as much as desired).
- Bake uncovered at 225* for 5 hours.
- Serve with BBQ on the side.
