Ingredients
- Pork Shoulder Butt Roast (5-6lbs) (Sold at Duma Meats)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbls Wildmans seasoning (Sold at Duma Meats)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (Sold at Duma Meats)
Directions
- Place roast in a crock pot and pour all ingredients over the roast.
- Cook on the lowest heat for 8-10 hours.
Any size roast will work but increase the amount of ingredients if bigger.
