Ingredients
- 1 Leg of Lamb
- 2-3 Sprigs of Rosemary
- 2 tbls. Brown Spicy Liquid Mustard
- 6 Cloves of Garlic (cut each into 4 pieces)
- 6 tbls. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475*.
- Rub leg with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- Make small incisions with knife and insert garlic pieces and rosemary.
- Place on a roasting rack above tray and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 1 hour. After 30 minutes lower temperature to 460* continue to bake for the last 30 min.
- Insert a knife into thickest part of leg, meat should be pinkish in color.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
